7-Day Consideration Period
◼ This is a reflectionperiod, not a trial period.
◼ Items must be unused, undamaged, and in originalcondition (with tags, packaging, gifts, andinvoice intact) for returns.
◼ Restocking fees may apply if itemsshow signs of use or require refurbishment.
◼ The 7-day period starts the day afterdelivery (including weekends/holidays).
◼ The countdown begins upon delivery,regardless of who receives the package.
Return Requirements
◼ Must use originalpackaging (box/bag) with all accessories/gifts included.
◼ Free shipping thresholds: If yourorder no longer qualifies after return, shipping fees will be deducted fromyour refund.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
- Orders received >7 days ago (incl. weekends/holidays)
- Only one return request per order.
- Missed scheduled return pickups.
- Promotional gifts not returned with the item.
- Used, damaged, or incomplete items.
- Unremovable odors (perfume, smoke, etc.).
- Stained fabrics/makeup residue.
- Modified items (e.g., altered, printed on).
- Missing accessories/washed items/removed tags.
- Opened hygiene products (e.g., contact lenses, shampoo, eye masks).
- Damaged special packaging (e.g., branded boxes—return in outer packaging).
- Custom-made/wrong items (e.g., incorrect prescription, personalized products).
※ Opened intimate apparel is also non-returnable.
Exchange Process
◼ Fornon-defective exchanges (e.g., color/size changes):
- Return the item to our designated warehouse first.
- We’ll ship the replacement afterward.
◼ If a partial return voids free shipping, a TWD 100 fee will apply.
Return Instructions
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and pristine (tags/packaging intact).
- Try shoes on clean surfaces to avoid sole scratches/stains.
- Request: Go to My Account > Orders > Select Order > "Request Return".
- Credit card refunds: Processed to original payment method.
- Bank transfers: Provide account details (bank name, branch, account number).
- Packaging: Use protective outer layers—do not stick labels on original boxes (TWD 100 fee for damage).
- After approval, we’ll arrange pickup within 3 business days.
- If pickup fails twice, self-ship to our designated address.
Refund Methods
- Credit Card:
- Refunds processed in 7–14 days (appears on current/next billing cycle).
- Partial refunds: Adjusted based on remaining items’ value (e.g., buy 2 for TWD 2000, return 1 at TWD 1300 → refund TWD 700).
※ Only one partial refund per order. Installment plans excluded. - Bank Transfer/FPS:
- Provide account details (must match payer name).
- Processing time: 14–20 business days.
